Art Therapy – Group (free)
Art Therapy classes with Christel Gary take place on Thursdays from 10:00–11:30 at the Tzanck Oncology Centre in Mougins. Registration is required in advance by calling 04 92 92 37 37.
Here are a few words from Christel Gary, Art Therapist:
Art Therapy is an invitation to express inner emotions through drawing, painting, or modelling, sometimes with closed eyes. No artistic ability is required. The colours, forms, and themes you choose can help you explore inner feelings, which you can then release by talking about them with the therapist.
Art is the soul’s medicine. Through Art Therapy you can free your creativity, support your emotional wellbeing alongside medical treatment, and restore a sense of vitality. It can help transform inner conflict into expression, supporting healing and moments of calm, joy, and balance even in difficult circumstances.
This is a group activity, where working alongside others is an important part of the process. The class aims to awaken and support your inner creative capacity.
This service is provided by Christel Gary Art Therapy in conjunction with the Centre Azuréen de Cancérologie at Tzanck.
