Our Services

We offer one-to-one, confidential support for those affected by cancer, whether you have received a diagnosis or are supporting a loved one who has. Our trained Active Listeners provide support in person, by telephone, or by email, at your home or at a mutually convenient location.

They will listen to your concerns, help you identify useful services, refer you to sources of information, and offer practical support such as accompanying you to a medical appointment or assisting with everyday tasks such as walking a dog.

Some of our volunteers are French-speaking and can also help clients navigate the French healthcare and administrative system, including understanding processes, completing forms, and communicating with local services where needed.

This service is provided by fully trained CSG06 volunteers.
